Join Our Team as a Quality Analyst in an International Process at a Leading BPO in Hyderabad

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about ensuring high-quality service delivery through Voice Process in the BPO sector. This exciting opportunity involves working on night shifts with a 5-day work week in our office premises.

Key Requirements:
  • Graduate or Post Graduate qualification
  • Minimum 1+ year experience as a Quality Analyst in a BPO
  • Experience in International Voice Process as a Quality Analyst is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Quality Metrics and Parameters, along with sound knowledge of the 7 QC Tools
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Good understanding of IT Hardware and proficient in people management
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and data interpretation skills
  • Effective planning, decision-making, and continuous improvement abilities
  • Capability to prioritize, meet deadlines, multitask, and work under pressure with attention to detail
