Job Title:
HR Executive - HRMS

About Us:

We are a financial services and management firm headquartered in Kacheripady, Kerala, serving clients throughout the Middle East.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the HRMS.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Monitor attendance and prepare payroll.
  • Provide training and support to staff on HRMS usage.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data.
  • Collaborate with IT for system updates and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct recruitment and other HRrelated tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 months experience in HR.
  • Previous experience in HRMS administration preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in English with good communication skills.
