Customer Support intern (Voice Process)

invoices, manage their outstanding and monitor their stock on the go. myBillbook is currently being used

by more than 7M+ businesses across 1000+ towns, with over $6 billion annual transactions and we are

growing 100% month on month

About Role:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Leader to lead a team of 100+ members & provide

excellent customer support to all our customers. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient

and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their

expectations. We aim to provide best in class customer experience to all our customers in the Indian SMB

Fintech Segment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through on Call
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding product features, pricing, order status, and other relevant queries.
  • Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members or supervisors as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in identifying trends and patterns in customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Support the team in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Continuously expand product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to provide effective and informed support to customers.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in [relevant field] or a related discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour.
  • Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities, with a customercentric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Prior customer service experience or related internship is a plus, but not required.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a willingness to go the extra mile.
