Job Description:

Position Overview: We're on the lookout for a skilled Knowledge Management/Content Expert to be part of our Global Cloud and IT Outsourcing Content Management crew. The perfect fit will have 5-10 years of solid experience in similar roles, specializing in crafting and overseeing comprehensive Offering and Service documentation, along with marketing materials.

Location: Bengaluru/Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge Management: Structuring content according to industry standards, managing prime content sources, and fostering a culture of reusability among stakeholders. Identifying frequently used content/information and packaging them for easy retrieval and reuse. Expertise in merging multiple content platforms efficiently. Classifying content into various categories and aiding in planning remedial actions.
  • Content Management: Handling a significant volume of content, monitoring changes, and versions meticulously to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating closely with Offering Design teams to collect essential insights for content creation, ensuring alignment with service offerings.
  • Global Collaboration: Seamlessly collaborating with diverse global teams to gather inputs and deliverables within set timelines, ensuring coherent and timely documentation.
  • Content Development: Crafting comprehensive capability documentation and materials related to our offerings, maintaining precision, clarity, and messaging consistency.
  • Marketing/Sales Collaterals: Producing SWOT analyses, Battlecards, and sales materials to enhance marketing and sales initiatives, spotlighting our competitive advantages and market position.
  • Analyst Engagement: Engaging with industry analysts to bolster market positioning strategies and certifications, leveraging their expertise to enrich our offerings.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of content and knowledge management experience across platforms like Seismic, Microsoft SharePoint, etc.
  • Proficiency in consolidating repositories and establishing an effective structure.
  • Handling various types of content - documents, videos, pages, etc.
  • Implementing usage reports for data-driven content decisions.
  • Content creation experience in the Cloud and IT Outsourcing realm.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Content and Image editing tools such as MS Office, Adobe, etc.
  • Demonstrated creativity in producing content across different formats - Word, PPT, flyers/images, and emails.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing content versions efficiently.
  • Understanding of engaging industry analysts for market strategies and certifications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
