  • Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of various Regulatory reporting
  • Lead the production and review of large shareholder monitoring and regulatory disclosures to multiple jurisdictions
  • Perform and review analysis concerning data inputs, assumptions, and outputs

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on large shareholder reporting and disclosures
  • Prepare, review and maintain detailed, organized, and clearly documented workpapers
  • Maintain department's policy and procedure documents, controls and self-assessments
  • Stay abreast of regulatory and reporting updates, review and interpret guidance, and apply changes as needed
  • Participate in business and regulatory changes on-boarding
  • Participate in UAT for automation initiatives
  • Liaison with Regulatoryernance Team in ensuringpliance with all establishedernance policies
  • Lead/participate in all internal and external audits
  • Work cross-geographically to share knowledge to ensure consistent and accurate reporting
Qualifications

  • MBA / CA / CPA with 6-9 years of relevant experience
  • Strong Finance background
  • Prior experience with Big 4 accounting firms, or Banks (in Regulatory Reporting) is a plus
  • Strong written and oralmunication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines
  • Promotes teamwork, works collaboratively, and builds effective working relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Provides guidance and mentoring to junior team members
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products and able to learn other systems quickly, Axiom a plus
