is looking for a motivated, driven, and skilled Scrum Master (PM) - Dynamics 365 ERP to join our dynamic consulting team in India

You will focus on promoting the principles of agile within the project teams and across the organization. You will demonstrate key scrum values of Commitment, Focus, Openness, Respect, and Courage. You will be fully accountable for facilitating scrum events, including sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will ensure that the Scrum team focuses on creating high-value increments sprint-on-sprint, that meet the Definition of Done, by removing any impediments in the scrum teams' progress, and ensure all scrum events are productive and time-boxed.

Additionally, as a Project Manager, you will contribute to accelerating our growth by delivering quality projects and building strong relationships with clients. You will be fully accountable for financial management, managing the delivery of scope, timeline, and quality. You will orchestrate a broad range of metrics to attain Key Performance Indicators, through others, proactively managing risks and issues, including recovery efforts and resolving escalations across projects. Major Areas of Responsibility

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes
• Guide the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices
• Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products
• Create and maintain project timelines
• Identify and manage risks
• Monitor progress against project goals

Main Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective
• Identify and address impediments that are hindering the team's progress
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospective meetings and feedback sessions
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time
• Ensure the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, to quality, scope, and budget
• Resource planning and allocation - delegate tasks based on resources strengths, skill sets, and experience
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
• Track and constantly measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Analyze the successful completion of short-and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
• Regularly meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and all stakeholders
• Serve as primary contact for client enquiries and concerns throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Adhere to internal governance and project methodologies
• Manage project change and ensure change requests are approved by clients before work commences
• Carry out additional, reasonable duties as may occur from time to time as instructed by your manager or members of senior management
• Develop scope of projects and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring deliverables are feasible and achievable

Skills and Experience

• Relevant bachelor's degree with 12+ years of project management experience - includes 3-5 years of experience managing project teams of 5-10 members as a Scrum Master
• Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master on 4-5 full life-cycle ERP implementation projects such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics across multiple geographies (preferably Dynamics 365 F&O or CE end-to-end implementations and rollouts)
• Scrum Master certification; PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and oral
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Demonstrated experience working with Agile Methodology with the ability to clearly present scrum/agile concepts
• Solve complex problems with creative solutions
• Demonstrates agile values and promotes a positive culture
