The Role

RedMane is currently seeking a Senior level Software Engineer to join our Innovation team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the Research and Development team, where you will be instrumental in establishing frameworks and tools for our core ML modeling and NLP projects. While experience in startup environments is beneficial, it is not mandatory, as our Innovation team operates with similar agility and creativity. Effective communication plays a vital role in this position, as we believe in transparent communication to boost engineering efficiency and to showcase our progress to stakeholders.

Skills & Role Requirements

  • C#, .NET EntityFramework, PostgreSQL, Redis, SolidJS, Typescript, REST, and expertise in automated testing are essential for this role. While proficiency in all these technologies is preferred, a willingness to learn is equally important.
  • Research and develop solutions to complex engineering challenges in collaboration with the software engineering team.
  • Design and implement machine learning algorithms tailored to our R&D objectives to enhance generative AI models.
  • Proficiency in using web frameworks for API development.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop tools and think innovatively to solve problems.
  • Understanding of statistical and ML models and algorithms at a conceptual level.
  • Familiarity with the code review process and a commitment to mentor and support fellow engineers.
