Enterprise Technical and Professional Expertise:
  • Over two decades of experience in the IT sector, with a minimum of a decade in leadership positions related to enterprise architecture, solution design, and engineering for large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Proven track record in spearheading end-to-end architecture for extensive, multi-year, multi-vendor digital transformation programs covering various aspects.
  • Hands-on involvement in new project launches, large-scale transformation initiatives, and oversight of managed services agreements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading architecture and design teams, setting up governance frameworks, and ensuring adherence to regulations.
  • In-depth knowledge of software engineering principles, SDLC procedures, and deployment strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in engaging with partners and vendors, handling troubleshooting, and implementing solutions effectively.
  • Well-versed in DevSecOps, Test Automation, Configuration management, SRE, AIOps, and Value Stream Management practices.
  • Familiarity with current business and technology trends, including Data and Analytics, Automation, and AI in IT and Business metamorphosis.
  • Proficient in understanding open-source and COTS licensing models.
  • Understanding project financial aspects, including TCO, ROI, revenue acknowledgment, and cost management practices.
Role Requirements:
  • Responsible for end-to-end Solution Architecture and Sizing for significant projects.
  • Decide on technology stacks and find a suitable balance between cutting-edge technology and cost-effectiveness.
  • Evaluate, fine-tune, and approve technology solutions and size estimations for integrated solutions involving multiple service lines.
  • Identify and create unique selling points for major projects based on existing customer services, collaborating across various internal divisions, service lines, and delivery units.
  • Present and explain solutions to clients during discussions and proposal defenses.
  • Thoroughly review agreements, execution plans, and application blueprints considering architecture and design ramifications.
  • Develop an Enterprise Architecture blueprint and give recommendations on associated artifact structure and ownership.
  • Set up architecture and design management, encompassing standards, best practices, and conformity procedures.
  • Strive to strategically align short and long-term goals with organizational objectives and constraints.
  • Assess the technical choices' business impact on client operations.
  • Evaluate project limitations, mitigate risks, and undertake process restructuring if necessary.
  • Foster collaboration across departments and regions, engaging with client-facing roles that connect business and technical stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and review adjustments to existing platforms to ensure compliance with best practices and suitable technology preferences.
  • Advocate for the adoption of shared technology, design methodologies, and infrastructure wherever applicable, encouraging code reusability and established patterns.
  • Stay updated on current and emerging technologies, suggesting modifications as needed.
  • Bring in industry-leading practices to offer suggestions on governance frameworks, SDLC execution, tool utilization, AI, automation, skill requirements, and organizational enhancements.
