Job Description :
  • Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for the area of responsibility, analyzing situations that require an in-depth evaluation of various factors
  • Oversee the production and implementation of solutions across multiple cloud technologies, related infrastructure/application architecture, development, and operating models
  • Assist clients in designing, architecting, and scaling their journey towards technology-driven growth at the overlap of business and technology
  • Aid clients in modernizing their IT landscape and processes to adapt to the latest technology trends
  • Assist in integrating large-scale systems involving on-premises technology and public cloud platforms
  • Drive enterprise business, application, and integration architecture
  • Help address crucial business problems and challenges through an architecture transformation, outlining a journey from the current state to a future enterprise environment
  • Implement programs/interventions to prepare the organization for the implementation of new business processes
  • Openness to travel within India or overseas for client projects
Skills/ Exp/ Requirement :
  • Minimum of 5 years' consulting experience (at consultant/manager level) or Technical background with Enterprise Architecture experience
  • Exposure to recognized EA frameworks e.g. TOGAF, DODAF is a must
  • Good working knowledge of Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Security Architecture, Microservices architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture, API architecture, and technology Architecture
  • Knowledge of technology and enterprise architecture concepts through practical experience
  • Understanding the technology stack from infrastructure through business logic and applications
  • Knowledge and interest in technology trends such as Mobility, Cloud, Digital, and Collaboration
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture tools like Alfabet, Mega, and Troux
  • Strong understanding of Banking and Financial Services industry operations and dynamics
  • Excellent interpersonal and problemsolving skills
  • Effective communication of abstract concepts verbally, in writing, and visually
  • Translation between technical and business language and concepts
  • Recognition of structural issues within the organization, functional interdependencies, and cross-silo redundancies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a geographically distributed environment

  • Strong interest in working on technology-driven business transformation
  • Ability to develop technology solutions and value-adding propositions for market implementation
  • Capability to engage in C-suite/senior leadership level discussions
  • Thorough knowledge of technology trends in IT and digital and their practical application to address real-world issues and opportunities
  • Demonstrated experience in shaping deals, formulating proposals, and owning Technology Strategy/Advisory sales
  • Leading proof of concept and/or pilot implementations and outlining plans for scaling across various technology domains
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills to convey technology and business value propositions to senior stakeholders
  • Capacity to create impactful thought leadership expressing a forward-thinking market view
