Job Description

  • Actively contribute with ideas, opinions, and suggestions to enhance the environment and menus
  • Ensure consistency in preparing all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus following property recipes and standards
  • Effectively communicate with the team and strive for guest feedback
  • Follow HACCP procedures and maintain clear records consistently
  • Go beyond guest expectations in food product quality and service
  • Report any issues affecting the hotel's interests to the Management
Qualifications

  • 3+ years' industry experience in upscale brands with at least 1 year in a similar role
  • Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment and work harmoniously as part of a team
