About the Role:


The Assistant Manager - Operations will report directly to the Operations Manager and serve as a crucial link between the team members and the management.

This role will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned clients, playing a key role in maintaining healthy and productive client relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Function as the dedicated SPOC for assigned clients, overseeing all matters from daily operations to billing.
  • Lead a team of executives and senior executives in managing daily operational activities.
  • Develop and implement processes from the ground up, ensuring effective execution and adherence.
  • Manage and oversee communication at all levels with clients, handling escalations effectively.
  • Foster and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration.
  • Regularly analyze processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to clients and higher management as per requirements.
  • Consistently monitor team productivity, continuity, and ensure adherence to assigned KPIs.
  • Support team members in their personal and professional development through coaching and mentorship.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (any)
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a telematics or related industry (candidates with a telematics background will be given preference).
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of at least 10 members in a 24x7 operational environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a willingness and ability to delve into the root cause of issues.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & G-Sheet.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with client business stakeholders to understand their challenges and requirements in detail.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

based on operational needs.
