Role Description
The Executive Assistant Operations to CEO will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and the executive leadership team in driving operational efficiency, strategic initiatives, and seamless communication within the organization.
This role requires a high level of discretion and professionalism as you will be exposed to confidential information and will serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, effectively managing communication and prioritizing requests on behalf of the CEO.Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional initiatives and projects, collaborating with various departments to drive execution and achieve strategic objectives.Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes and strategic planning efforts.
Assist in the preparation and execution of board meetings, including agenda creation, minutes taking, and follow-up on action items.
Manage special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the CEO, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.1-2 years in similar role is required
