Work with TBS global partners as a specialist in the Solution design and transitions process to project manage global deployments with all business units across the firm
- Work on sales pursuits and Bids and draft proposals
- Perform process maturity assessment & execute process transitions from initiation to project handover to delivery - Delivery of projects successfully
- Lead full solutions life cycle projects - a. drafting proposals; Scope definition
- b. Craft the People; Process; Technology solution
- c. Design service delivery model including service placement
- d. Identify risk and develop mitigation strategies for the project
- e.Lead business case development for the project; track & govern business case realisation
- f. Lead all aspects of transition strategy as relevant

Qualifications
