JoVE is looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter to handle full lifecycle recruiting and to add world-class talent to our global sales and marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Design and execute hiring strategies to engage and attract talent, specifically in sales and marketing.
- Identify top talent through active and passive sourcing methods including job boards, referrals, online resources, cold calling, social media.
- Execute the recruitment process including screening and hiring, in partnership with the hiring managers.
- Coordinate all interview logistics effectively during the recruiting and selection process.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on sales and marketing.
- Global talent acquisition experience is preferred.
- Experience in technology, publishing or educational sector is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri.
- Advanced English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with others in a fastpaced, rapidly changing environment.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
