We are seeking a talented Non-IT/Sales Recruiter (Talent Advisor) with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the volume or bulk hiring domains to join our dynamic team. As a Non-IT/Sales Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support our business objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on bulk-hiring, volume recruitment, and mass hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to the business.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities, timelines, and candidate profiles.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve sourcing and selection processes.

Must have qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate recruiting, with a focus on volume hiring.
  • Proven track record of success in bulk-hiring, volume recruitment, and mass hiring initiatives.
  • Experience in corporate recruiting, with a focus on blue-collar staffing in the BFSI space is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
