About This PositionWe are looking for a Tech-savvy, result-driven, and highly effective Digital Marketing Manager to join our fantastic team Marketing strategy formulation, tasked with the improvement of the business's site visibility and raising the organic growth , the Digital Marketing Manager will also be responsible for the creation, implementation, and analysis of various marketing programs and campaigns.


What will you deliver?Plan and utilize various digital channels including marketing campaigns, web, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media and content marketing, to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Collaborate with the teams to align strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
Oversee and optimize campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant advertising channels.

Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.Should be able to handle multiple projects.

Develop and maintain a strong social media presence across multiple platforms.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns. Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for higher open and click-through rates.
Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies.

Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions.

Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankingsWork with internal designers on their own production of creative assets – reels, posts, videos, emailers, blog content to boost sales.

Conduct on-site and off-site analysis of web SEO competition. Track, report and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies.
Evaluate Emerging Technologies, provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

What should you be known for?Driving SEO, SEM, Organic Growth Marketing for a B2B/B2C product or services.

Designing & implementing Digital Marketing plans, Operational strategies like Marketing Campaigns, Email Marketing, Content Writing, Keyword research, Competition analysis, Site analysis, and Technical SEO.Experience in Premium SEO tools such as Ahref, SEMrush, Majestic, ScreamingFrog, SMM, ASO, HTML, CSS, Imacros.

Competitor analysis skills and market studies in the industry to execute organic campaigns.
A proven track record of delivering high growth in digital marketing space and at scale.
In-depth technical understanding of web and mobile SEO challenges and solutions.

Expert user of Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools and market leading tools for tracking user activity on websites and mobile apps for SEO/SEM.Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.

Sound understanding of conversion and performance marketing.


What should you have?Bachelor's degree or above such as B.E/BTech, BS/MS, BBA, MBA, BA, MA, BCA or MCA.- 5 years of experience in leading and managing the full spectrum of digital marketing including SEO/SEM, marketing campaigns, email communication and campaigns, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

Proven work experience in leading SEO & SEM strategy and projects to successfully build audiences for global-scale, products and services.

Knowledge of other paid media channels and web traffic drivers.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.

Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Thorough understanding of web design and site structure.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript developments and constraints. Strong MS Excel skills would be preferred.
