Job Title: Trainee Recruiter

Location: Dombivali (iThink By Lodha) (Onsite)

Job Shift : US Time Zones (7:30pm to 4:30am)

Job description

We are looking to hire fresh individuals for the US IT and Technical Recruitment.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates from internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, social media.
  • Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
  • Establish strong relationships with consultants/contractors.
  • Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and targets.

Take care for full cycle recruitment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • Must Possess a strong sense of Urgency, Flexibility, and willingness to learn.
  • Diploma/Bachelors in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science
