Role Summary:

As a Graduate Trainee in Talent Acquisition, you will have a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment endeavors. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to grasp the fundamentals of talent acquisition, cultivate essential HR skills, and acquire practical experience within a leading advertising network agency. You will be based in our office, collaborating closely with the HR team and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing and Attraction: Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial evaluations to assess candidates' suitability for different roles.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless process.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details and recruitment progress.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives by creating engaging content for social media and the company's career page.
  • Administrative Support: Offer administrative assistance to the Talent Acquisition team, including generating reports and handling communications.
  • Onboarding: Aid in the onboarding of new hires, guaranteeing a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor recruitment strategies to enhance our hiring approach.
  • Event Coordination: Support in organizing and participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms. Experience with ATS or HR software is advantageous.
  • Attributes: Self-starting, eager to learn, team player with a positive demeanor and a fervor for talent acquisition and HR.
  • Availability: Should be able to work from our office and be adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work setting.
