Closely monitor current trends, competitor benchmarking and conduct relevant analysis. Stay abreast with business updates of peers/ competition, regulations and other macroeconomic developments Strategize and lead the business case for new opportunities/ initiatives Maintain strong company and sector expertise. Stay current on all company business activities to be responsive to Management and to communicate effectively with potential investors. Work strategically with the Management to create fundraising strategies and Capital needs planning Leading and motivating staff to achieve sales and organisational objectivesDesired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Desired Candidate Profile
Masters' degree in Business Management from a reputed Institution. Candidate with Engineering background will be preferred. Min 15 years of experience in Online businesses, progressively leading to the General Management level, responsible for People, Processes and Profits. Demonstrated success in scaling up of a business. Excellent leadership and organisational skills Outstanding written and oral communication skills, fluency in multiple South Indian languages is a distinctive advantage.Key Skills :
