Job Overview:

An experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) Sales / General Manager (GM) Sales to lead our sales team, with a strong emphasis on commercial leasing within the coworking space industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial real estate, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the coworking and flexible workspace market.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, specifically focusing on leasing coworking spaces and commercial office spaces.
  • Identify and target potential clients, including startups, SMEs, and large enterprises, for coworking and managed office spaces.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring optimal lease terms that benefit both the client and 315 Work Avenue.


  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and industry partners.
  • Oversee the entire leasing process, from initial contact through lease execution, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored workspace solutions.


  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze leasing trends and occupancy rates to identify areas of improvement and new business opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market positioning and growth strategies.


  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to ensure high performance and motivation.
  • Set clear performance objectives, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the team.


  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, sales forecasts, and market insights.
  • Ensure all sales activities and client interactions are accurately documented in the CRM system.


Qualifications:


  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.


  • Experience:
  • 8-12 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in commercial leasing within the real estate or coworking industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate market and leasing practices.


  • Skills:

  • Ability to analyze market data and trends.
