Lead Developer

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews.
  • Architect and develop front-end solutions using framework to meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Work closely with backend developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
  • Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing, automated testing, and continuous integration.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development and ecosystem.
  • Identify and address technical debt and areas for improvement in the codebase.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, providing updates on project progress and addressing any blockers.
  • Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications built using
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with experience in building responsive web applications.
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Vuex.
  • Proficiency in front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous JavaScript programming.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
