Position Purpose

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities
- _Application designing / development / testing / support / enhancements / bug-fixing._
- _Interact with functional and technical representatives of project teams in order to understand business functionalities, technical modules, integration mechanism and data sources._
- _Prepare test plans and conduct Unit, Integration, Regression, Performance and Functional Testing using automated testing frameworks (e.g. XUnit, SpecFlow, etc.)._
- _Contribute to the technical designing phase and document the design with UML diagrams and models. Create prototype for proof of concept and business requirements validations._
- _Ensure that the project and organization standards are followed during various phases of software development lifecycle and day to day development work._
- _Estimate efforts and schedule for various modules and meet deadlines._
- _Technical and Release Documentation_
- _Deployment of system components

- _Acquire skills in relevant technologies and take up higher responsibilities_

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Mandatory Technical Skills:

- _Strong knowledge in C# programming language._
- _Development experience of.
Net Core, Service Oriented Architecture using Micro Services /_ _Web API / WCF / RESTful Services in C#. _
- _Good knowledge on Design Patterns, SOLID principles_
- _Good knowledge on Microsoft Entity Framework and SQL_
- _Medium level of Database Programming skills. _
- _Basic Knowledge on Linux/Unix environment (basic commands, shell scripting, etc.)_
- _Ability & willingness to learn & work on diverse technologies (languages, frameworks, and tools) _
- _Thorough understanding of complete Software Development Lifecycle_
- _Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and inclination to constantly upgrade on new technologies and frameworks._

- _Knowledge/experience on No SQL (Cassandra), Kafka, Ansible & GIT repository_
- _Exposure to financial domain._
