Role Summary :

As the Senior Director of Program Management for Cloud Suite Integrations at Aptean, you will lead our efforts to seamlessly integrate our cloud suite products with various platforms and systems.


You will be responsible for overseeing a team of program managers and driving the successful execution of integration projects to enhance the interoperability and functionality of our offerings.

Roles and Responsibilities: 1.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for cloud suite integrations, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Identify key integration opportunities and prioritize projects based on their impact on customer satisfaction and business growth.

Program Oversight and Execution:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of integration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer support, to define integration requirements and milestones.
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, and take proactive measures to address any issues or risks that may arise.
- will work closely with Development/Engineering and other teams to deliver products that align with this vision, meet market needs and are delivered to a consistently high-quality standard.

  • Responsible for overseeing cost delivery and infrastructure budget management, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and ensure alignment on integration priorities and requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance and support on integration strategies and best practices.

Technical Leadership:

  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to cloud integrations, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement in our integration capabilities.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to assess technical feasibility, architect solutions, and resolve technical challenges related to integration projects.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand Cloud infrastructure needs and help in managing the effective cloud solutions for Customers.
  • As part of Saa S Program Management will focus on leading coordination and management activities of the program, program planning activities, program budgeting and forecasting processes, help manage vendors and third parties, and governance and monitoring activities.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of program managers and integration specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Provide coaching and support to team members, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers within the organization.

  • 20 plus years of experience in program management or related roles, with 10 years in a leadership position.


Proven track record of successfully leading complex integration projects from inception to completion, preferably in a Saa S or cloud-based environment.


  • Strong technical background with expertise in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and integration tools/platforms (e.g., Mule Soft, Dell Boomi, Zapier).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • PMP or Pg MP certification is a plus.
