- Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- · Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- · 0-1 year of experience in an IT support or service desk role.
- Skills:
- · Basic understanding of IT support processes and troubleshooting techniques.
- · Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- · Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.
- · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- · Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- · Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
- · Basic knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- · Familiarity with remote desktop tools and software.
- · Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent are a plus.
