Role reports to: B U Head Essential Health & Skin Health and Vice President, Marketing, India

Location: Mumbai

Role Purpose

·Lead the Media and Digital Marketing agenda for India across franchises

·This role is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of the business outcomes and campaign KPIs delivered by the scoped media channels and supporting capabilities, ensuring they are aligned to overall vision and delivering maximum value to the wider business

·This role is responsible for working with wider Regional and Local market business stakeholders, Digital Architecture, and Product Managers to define the target overall media and digital vision, enabling strategy, and prioritized roadmap

·Be a change agent to drive adoption of data driven marketing and digital marketing and new, relevant forms of media in order to transform the way the India brands connect with their target consumers

·Drive digital integration and innovation across digital channels and platforms for now and future (1st party data, programmatic, social, mobile)

·Lead the agency relationship across media and creative for the best results basis aligned KPIs

·Be the lead to build policy, process & guidelines for media & communication.

What you will do

·Lead end to end Media and digital strategy for India across categories to drive growth

·Develop a prioritized calendar of plans supporting the annual brand plans of brands, with media and digital campaigns that are aligned with the overall brand objectives

·Provide strong analytical capabilities in the digital space, by implementing key performance measures for each digital program, evaluate the effectiveness of those programs and digital marketing overall, identify new trends and new analytical tools in the digital space, and deliver timely campaign results and summary reports.

·Review technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape to find ways in which India can be ahead of the industry in the digital space

·Deliver high shoppable media and improve ROI on media plans with each subsequent cycle

·Supervise media buying with the Agency Partner, Kenvue India is performing an

·efficient buying and receiving maximum value out of the negotiations and delivering efficient & effective media plan in terms of brand/media KPIs

·Manage media operations and control media investment (actual vs. planned) via. approving the Agency plans and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

·Analyze and inform Marketing Teams about industry media competitive activity, by region and brand, including the media metrics and indices, and champion outside-in media learnings.

·Build media innovations capabilities to be future ready for integrated execution of plans including customization and personalization in media targeting and planning.

·Help brand teams develop influencer marketing plans

·Champion the Content Excellence agenda across campaigns across brand plans

·Work closely with cross functional teams across IT, legal, regulatory to ensure DM activities occur within the ambit of processes and regulations.

·Collaborate with the Global CXO team to drive adoption of global strategies and to develop and share global synergies and best practices. Be the voice for India in the regional & Global CxO teams to ensure the markets priorities are taken into account.

·Develop key talents in the India Digital Marketing organization

·Help build Digital capability across brand teams through the latest thinking, right tools and techniques

·Collaborate with external partners, power partners to drive the digital agenda for brands

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

·10+ years of experience in consumer experience strategy development and implementation

·Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business administration, or related field

·Strong leadership and team management skills

·Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

·Digital and Media expertise: conversant with all forms of mass media and digital formats and key measurements

·Thought leadership

·Strong understanding of the new digital landscape

·Understanding of the principles of design for communications

·Experience in engaging with reputed digital and media agencies.

·Keen understanding of brand positioning, brand strategies and demonstrated ability to carry this understanding into the overall media space

·Awareness of latest trends and examples of industry best practices in the digital space

·Ability to present information and communicate effectively with a variety of teams and individuals, across functions and geographies.

·Strong project management skills, and proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects on time and within budget, at once.
