Preparing the quotation, filing tenders. Should have good GeM knowledge.

  • Managing and organizing salesrelated documentation, such as contracts, proposals, and invoices.
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and appointments
  • Maintaining tender and quotation data.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Liaise with other departments, such as customer service, finance, and logistics, to resolve customer issues and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling products/services to existing customers.
  • Support the sales team in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Experience

  • 34 years
Qualification

  • Masters in Lifescience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
