We are looking for an experienced Back End Developer with around 2 years of hands-on experience in developing robust and scalable apis and tools. The ideal candidate will be proficient in , , Python (Flask/Django), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Object-Oriented JavaScript (OOJS), virtual machine management, Unix/Linux Shell Scripting, Git, Jira API, REST framework, PostgreSQL, Docker, authentication (JWT), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), deployment strategies, unit test cases, architecture diagramming, and logical diagramming.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front end developers, designers, and product managers to design and implement efficient and reliable backend solutions.
  • Develop backend services and APIs using , Python (Flask/Django), server side scripting using and other appropriate technologies.
  • Implement and maintain data storage solutions using PostgreSQL and other relevant databases.
  • Design and implement authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT for secure access control.
  • Utilize Docker for containerization and orchestration of backend services.
  • Develop and maintain unit tests for backend code to ensure its reliability and performance.
  • Work closely with DevOps engineers to establish and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
  • Create and maintain architecture diagrams and logical diagrams to document system design and implementation.
  • Manage virtual machines and servers running Unix/Linux operating systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of professional experience as a Back End Developer.
  • Proficiency in , , Python (Flask/Django), OOP, OOJS, virtual machine management, Unix/Linux Shell Scripting, Git, Jira API, REST framework, PostgreSQL, Docker, authentication (JWT), CI/CD, deployment strategies, unit test cases, architecture diagramming, and logical diagramming.
  • Strong understanding of backend development principles and best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
