Position: STAFF ENG-DEG-TECHNOLOGY-VERIFICATION

As a Staff Memory Circuit Design Verification Engineer, you will be part of a highly creative, motivated, enthusiastic, and dynamic design team capable of validating entire products utilizing innovative memory technologies. You'll be required to lead the team and the overall verification process to ensure the on-time delivery of a functionally accurate design.

Exceptional Opportunities

  • Take full responsibility for verifying and thoroughly analyzing intricate full chip gate-level custom designs incorporating advanced low power and power management technologies spanning multiple categories such as DDR4, LPDDR4, DDR5, and LPDDR5, which can operate at high speeds of up to 6400MT/s.
  • Engage closely with design and verification team members located globally, many of whom possess decades of experience in memory design.
  • Engage in multifaceted tasks that can enhance your skill set.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and establish the direction for the verification process within your areas of expertise in any given project the team takes on.
  • Offer verification assistance to design projects by simulating, analyzing, and debugging pre-silicon full chip designs.
  • Develop test cases/stimuli to enhance the functional coverage for all DRAM and emerging memory architectures and functionalities.
  • Play a part in creating verification methodology and verification environments for sophisticated products.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues to devise new verification workflows to tackle design challenges.
  • Create and manage test benches and test vectors using simulation tools, and conduct regressions for coverage analysis and enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Guide new team members and energetic engineers in the team.
  • Analytical capabilities for complex CMOS and/or gate-level circuit designs.
  • Proficiency in either SPICE and/or Verilog simulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in SystemVerilog, PLI coding.
  • Experience in UVM Test Bench.
  • Experience in DRAM, SRAM, or other memory-related fields.
  • Experience in AMS verification and co-sim.
