What you'll achieve

As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible to supporting and driving the Identity Access Management program by leveraging key technologies, IAM best practices. You will also be responsible for the implementation, management, and administration of the ZScaler environment.

You will:

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer is responsible for supporting the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, by leveraging key technologies, IAM best practices and working closely with internal and external teams. The key goals are to implement and maintain a solution to protect information resources against unauthorized use, and identify, analyze and resolve system design weaknesses. Coordinate and report on regular system maintenance and support which may periodically require evening, weekend, and on-call support. Work with architecture and security teams to use solutions that take into account the enterprise architecture strategies, business practices and constraints. Maintains system documentation and protocols to ensure that additions and modifications are thoroughly documented upon implementation, serve as escalation point and troubleshoot highly complex, intricate technical problems to ensure optimal service levels.

Essential Requirements

Undergraduate degree with 8+ years of related professional experience, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience with administration and configuring SSO, MFA, Automation, Provisioning, de-Provisioning. Experience using Service Now to manage incidents, problems, and requests. Experience with the following technologiesSailpointZscalerAzure Active Directory, Microsoft Azure B2C, Azure LighthouseOkta Experience with IAM in both Cloud- and Hybrid-model environments, demonstrate extensive understanding of IAM concepts such as directory services, SSO, federation, MFA, provisioning, access re-certification, role-based access control (RBAC) and separation of duties (SOD)

Desirable Requirements

Strong organization and planning skills to oversee the successful implementation of program deliverables and improvements. Experience utilizing ServiceNow or another ITIL platform for incident and request management.
