You are the subject matter expert on the PC portfolio for CS, TE & QT, and are well in-tune with business priorities as well as being connected to the Global COE.As the PC Lead for CS, TE & QT, to support and initiate action with the respective HR leadership team and consult on the integration of global PC portfolio aligned with the organization's objectives e.g.

Annual Talent Review and Succession Management, Drive the relevant Talent development initiativesYou work closely with the respective HRBPs to identify, design and implement solutions to address PC needs within CS, TE and QT by providing eye-level partnership and total solution based on client/business needs E.g.

Attract Diverse Talents, Support Organizational ChangesYou use data to analysis, provide insights and recommendations for business and HR key stakeholders in relevant to People & Culture topics.

You have demonstrated success in a complex organization with designing and implementing initiatives focusing on DE&I, culture change and talent development in an inclusive way.

You are also proficient with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams)Ideally already have exposure to HR IT Tools such as Workday and Peakon.

In this way you have a mindset and experience in using data to help inform decision making.
Experience in PowerBi is an advantage.
