Job Title: Senior Associate Global Markets Business Analysis, eFIC COO

Location: Bangalore

Business & Team: IB&M Ops

Your impact & contribution:

In this newly-created role, you will be working in eClient Services team who is responsible for enablement activities on our electronic trading platforms across Fixed Income, Rates and Currency.

You will work with stakeholders across sales, trading, technology, operations and credit teams at various levels, whilst ensuring ongoing awareness and review of risks

Your responsibilities

Responsible for e-maintenance (enablement and disablement) of clients on electronic platformsResponsible for mainting credit limits in trading platformsResponsible for system governance by ensuring right user accesses are provisioned and assisting eFIC COO in completing annual attestationsLiaise with IB&M Technology team and relevant vendors to compile period testing artefacts required for regulatory attestationsOn day to day basis you will be engaging with trading venues, sales and trading to activate, deactivate and update product permissioning for clientsProactively identify, articulate and manage risks and compliance across your productWork with GM COO, Line 1 & Line 2 Risk teams and Compliance ensure adherence to Global Markets policies across platforms you are responsible for.

Your skills:

Previous experience as System analyst or technical analyst in Financial Markets technology environmentGlobal Market ExperienceSound knowledge of trading platforms such as Bloomberg, Tradeweb, 360TSound knowledge of financial markets especially Foreign exchange, Fixed Income & Rates is preferredProven track record of collaboration across multiple teamsAbility to manage multiple prioritiesAttention to detailExperience using reporting tools such as excel and tableauMinimum 3yr+ experience working in Financial Markets industry

Qualifications: Any Graduation
