About the Role:

  • As an Associate Business Manager, you will oversee the Meesho Brand feature comprehensively.
  • You'll develop a long-term vision and plan for the brand, aligning your team's objectives accordingly.
  • Collaborations between your team and other departments like product, tech, and fulfillment are crucial for scaling Meesho Brand.
  • You will be responsible for presenting findings and updates to senior leadership on a regular basis.
  • Data-backed innovative solutions and working with multiple stakeholders are key to success in this role.

What you will do:

  • Set the annual vision, plan, and goals for branded users in your category.
  • Own the customer experience, growth, and profitability of your category.
  • Achieve set goals while collaborating with various teams.
  • Identify brand partnerships and onboard them on the platform.
  • Lead initiatives for non-incremental growth by identifying key levers.
  • Present detailed problem definitions and solutions to senior leadership.

What you will need:

  • MBA Graduate (Preferred) from a reputed institute.
  • 1-3 years of experience working with brands or brand key accounts.
  • Experience in cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
  • Startup experience is advantageous.
  • Track record of delivering results and quick career progression.
  • Ability in first-principle thinking and building/scaling processes.
  • Deep understanding of business and customers.
  • Problem-solving skills using qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Proven ability to drive problems to solutions and opportunities.
