As Manager-Content Sales, you will spearhead our commercial revenue initiatives with a primary focus on media sales. In this role, you'll take charge of monetizing our content, media properties, ad units etc., via sponsorships, media sales, and other innovative ways. You will be constantly innovating saleable properties, and ensuring that our offerings align with market demands and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement innovative ideas and strategies to drive revenue growth, keeping abreast of emerging trends and opportunities in the market.

· Align short-term business strategies with long-term objectives to ensure the achievement of company revenue targets and sustained growth.

· Create customised brand solutions across MotorInc's digital and broadcast platforms, catering to the diverse needs and preferences of clients.

· Design solution-based packages tailored specifically to the unique requirements of each client, ensuring maximum value and impact.

· Cultivate and nurture partnerships across various categories to expand the company's network and reach, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.

· Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics, conducting thorough research and analysis, and leveraging this knowledge to create proactive business plans aimed at driving revenue growth and maintaining a competitive edge.

Key Accountabilities:

· Assume full responsibility for advertising revenue generation, overseeing all aspects of the process from strategy development to execution.

· Devise comprehensive revenue strategies tailored specifically for automotive and lifestyle brands, leveraging market insights and client feedback.

· Identify and negotiate advertising opportunities that align with MotorInc's objectives and target audience, ensuring optimal exposure and impact.
