Job Summary:


We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented Guest Relations Ambassador to join our team As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival, offering a warm welcome and refreshing beverage
  • Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any concerns
  • Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and guest information
  • Anticipate and address guest needs, exceeding expectations
  • Collaborate with the team to create a positive and inclusive environment

Requirements:

  • 12 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with grace and poise
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a luxury hotel or resort spa or a wellness salon will be an addes advantage.
  • Knowledge of local attractions, events, and activities
  • Certification in hospitality or a related field
