Primary Purpose:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of MR / ISO / FSMS / Documentation / Training / Coordinator.

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating with the Certifying Body and representing the management during certification and surveillance audits.


Key Accountabilities/Activities:

  • Coordinate with the Certifying Body to schedule and organize certification and surveillance audits.
  • Represent the management during certification and surveillance audits, addressing any queries and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
  • Promote awareness of customer requirements and ensure that they are considered in the Quality Management system.
  • Prepare and revise QMS documents, including the Quality Manual, Quality system procedures, and other necessary documentation.
  • Ensure compliance of all functions with ISO 9001:2000 standards, conducting regular checks and audits.
  • Prepare the schedule for Management Review Meetings and conduct these meetings to assess the effectiveness of the Quality Management system.
  • Prepare audit schedules, conduct internal audits, prepare audit reports, and write nonconformity reports as required.
  • Communicate quality issues, nonconformities, and audit reports to the Top Management and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Measure and monitor the performance of various processes within the organization, ensuring they meet defined quality objectives.
  • Initiate necessary corrective and preventive actions to address identified nonconformities and improve process performance.
  • Create ISO/Quality awareness among associates by conducting internal training and workshops on quality management principles.
  • Review the Quality Policy periodically to ensure its relevance and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Regularly review all functions within the organization to assess the effective implementation of the Quality Management system.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest ISO and FSMS (Food Safety Management System) standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Support and guide employees in understanding and implementing ISO and FSMS requirements in their respective areas of work.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation related to ISO and FSMS requirements.

Work Relations:

Internal:

  • Reporting to Quality Assurance Officer for all Functional as well as administrative purposes.
  • Second level reporting to COO
  • Interface with Production, Quality Control Team, Maintenance, and Procurement teams
  • Interface with HR teams.

External:

  • Interface with various suppliers, regulatory agencies, Service Providers, Customers

Qualification:

Essential:_M. Tech. / B. Tech (Dairy Technology)

Experience:

Essential:_Knowledge of QA activities, FSMS, System Management, Product Management_

  • 57 Years experience in coordinating ISO and FSMS activities, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry setting.
  • Indepth knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 standards and FSMS requirements.
  • Experience in preparing and revising QMS documents and conducting internal audits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with the Certifying Body, management, and employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to identify nonconformities and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Ability to measure and monitor process performance and use data for decisionmaking and improvement purposes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
  • Certification as an ISO Lead Auditor or equivalent is preferred.
  • Familiarity with other ISO standards, such as ISO Environmental Management) and ISO Occupational Health and Safety), is a plus.

Work Environment:24 X 6 (6 days a week)

General Shift. (09:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Shift might rotate

Salary:
₹10,000.00 per month
