Determine how to best capture and interpret customer, and potential customer, data from a range of sources and communicate the findings across functionsPerform both quantitative and qualitative analysis to learn what motivates customer, and leverage this data in support of business interestsLeverage data analytic and intelligence to enable business strategy and maximize execution efficiency
