About Our Client

Our client is an early-stage start-up in the cloud optimization domain. The product is unique, the organization is backed by marquee investors and is led by a strong set of leadership.

Job Description

Guide & advise a wide variety of customers, ensure they launch the product successfully, and are continually driving business value. Own retention, churn rate, and upsells. Building relationships with champions from customer & making sure they achieve their internal KPI. Understand customer pain points and help drive escalations by coordinating between Product Management, Support groups, and other cross-teams Work closely with Sales and Product Team, you'll provide input into strategic customer plans to help identify areas where existing customers could improve their use of Lucidity.

The Successful Applicant

The candidate should be open to working in an early-stage organisation Candidate should come with experience working with deep tech organisations Candidate should be open to working in US East time zone. Should be a people person, be the face of the organization in front of the customers. This is an IC role Expertise in public cloud - AWS, Azure, and/or GCP with architect-level certification would be an added advantage.
