As a Project Leader, you will:
Answer requests/tickets from stakeholders and/or end users.

Set up the data chain from the power transformer to the control room.

Be aware of the dynamics, processes, and different interests of stakeholders (focused on needs, objectives, financial frameworks, risks, and resources).

Lead in a professional and results-oriented manner, reporting transparently on planning, risks, and finances (considering budget, expenditure, and forecasts).

Prepare decision-making and draw up decision-making documents.

What You Bring to the Table:
At least five years of experience as a project leader.

Initiative, convincing presence, sensitivity, awareness of your stakeholders, and capability of making balanced judgments.

At least five years of experience with stakeholder management, balancing the needs of the business, IT, and stakeholders.

Completed relevant education at HBO level with an affinity for ICT.

Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant exact discipline such as physics or mathematics.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge and motivate both the contractor team and the internal team.

Experience with complex projects.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Fluency in English, both oral and written. Dutch communication skills are an advantage but not mandatory.

You should possess the ability to:
Lead a diverse and dedicated project team effectively.

Manage and optimize the high-voltage network while managing associated risks.

Balance stakeholder needs with business and IT requirements, demonstrating strong stakeholder management.

Communicate and report transparently on planning, risks, and financial aspects.

Solve complex problems and prepare for decision-making processes efficiently.
