What you'll do:

At noon, you'll work alongside a dynamic team making things happen. Here's a glimpse of what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Assist Buyers by managing vendors and handling various tasks
  • Manage complaints related to Retail & Vendor Accounts
  • Monitor stock levels (in-stock + in-transit) to ensure timely product delivery
  • Excel in reporting and analysis, with proficiency in MS Excel (bonus points for SQL skills)
  • Demonstrate stellar time-management and the ability to work autonomously
  • Prepare recon reports for vendors
  • Coordinate with suppliers for CN related to short/damaged items
  • Create PSPOs for GRN Correction, facilitating invoice clearance
  • Ensure timely handling of box quantities and RTVs for vendors/sellers

What you'll need:

  • Recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback
  • Problem-solving prowess to enhance support quality
  • Excellent command of the English language for effective communication
  • Self-driven with the capability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office with solid presentation skills
