Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage Identity & Access Management (IAM) Development / sustenance projects
  • Plan and schedule activities to ensure completion of the project within the time and budgetary parameters and for optimizing resource utilization
  • Facilitate requirement gathering, risk assessment, finalization of technical specifications
  • Monitoring project status during the course of periodic project review meetings.
  • Execute and ensure the effectiveness of the IAM program for client's global IT environment
  • Work with the Clients IAM team to coordinate the execution of program activities
  • Lead quality control and quality assurance activities
  • Accountable for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
  • Analyzing thirdparty as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization
  • Strong operational and project/process management skills able to plan and execute tasks, manage operational expectations and risks appropriately

Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • Expertlevel experience managing customer communications, escalations, service levels and incidents for medium to large IAM product implementation
  • Strong knowledge of IAM and security concepts and principles
  • Good balance of commercial and strong people leadership with ability to develop a professional, high performing and motivated team who are focused on delivering excellent client outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience working in large, complex systems environments.
  • Knowledge of metricbased Service Level Agreement reporting.
  • Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management techniques.
  • Must understand the overall system life cycle and understand how to drive a project to successful conclusion.
  • Extensive experience in global team coordination, as well as experience mentoring less experienced technical staff
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical team members and management.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills
  • Exposure to process engineering and implementation design
  • Have knowledge of IAM domain and functional knowledge of IAM products
  • SailPoint & Saviynt

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Exclusive experience with IAM projects
  • Experience with both Support/Development Projects
  • Agile Experience is preferred
