About Client:
Our Client is an Indian multinational ride-sharing company.
Must Have -
- Any Graduate/Diploma Minimum 1yr exp as Automobile Sales Executive can apply.
- Candidates should know driving.
- Good communication skills are Must.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Presentable Appearance and Attitude.
- Lead Management - Generate prospects from showroom walk-ins, telephone inquiries
- Inquiries are to be entered in the tab with complete details of the customer.
- Demonstrating the Scooter.
- Carry out Test rides and convert to final sale
- Addressing customer queries related to Scooter specifications, Delivery time, Scooter Pricing, Finance options, etc.
- Knows driving and have DL
- Percentage of TR completion from scheduled TR
- Percentage of Sales conversion from Completed TR
- Process adherence, No deviation from the Processes or SOPs
- Good at giving Customer Experience and No Negative Feedback from Customers
- CX rating
Notice Period: Immediate - 10 days
Qualification: Graduation/Diploma(No ITI)
Note: Qualifications, Experience & Skills Sales Expertise in Automobile - worked in 2W or 4W Dealership preferred.
