Position: Sales & Marketing Intern

We are looking for Sales and Marketing Interns for a 3-month Internship with an initial stipend of Rs. 15000/- per month followed by a permanent job role offer and salary review based on performance.

Date of Joining: Immediate Joiner

Work Location: Sector 19 Dwarka, Delhi

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. The Sales & Marketing Intern will be responsible for various pre-sales activities, support marketing campaigns, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strong interest in marketing and sales, with a desire to learn and grow in these areas.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Design Teams to build high-quality Sales and Marketing collateral
  • Develop content for email marketing and external/internal sales presentations
  • Support the Marketing and Pre-sales team to develop required visuals.
  • Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content
  • Manage & execute communication plans to build consistency, amplify key topics, and drive engagement.
  • Execute digital campaigns for lead generation, encompassing content creation, to drive effective engagement and conversion strategies.
  • Optimize website content for improved search engine rankings (SEO) and manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns (SEM) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns on Google and .
  • Perform competitive analysis and stay updated on the latest market trends in logistics and supply chain to create interesting and compelling blogs/content that drive sales and engagement
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics. Research and understand needs of target audiences through online searches, interviews with SMEs, and in-person meetings.
  • delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients
  • liaising with those developing products/services to gain in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers – and to let them in on user behavior and/or any potential changes clients would like
  • conducting research into the industry – including competitor research
  • encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades etc.

Required Experience, Skills,and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
