Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales and Marketing Interns to join our client's dynamic team in Pune.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the biotech industry, working alongside experienced professionals to drive sales and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidates will be proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about biotechnology and its applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Assist in analyzing data to develop insights and strategies for targeting specific market segments.
Prepare detailed reports on market conditions and customer preferences.

Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in lead generation, qualification, and follow-up activities.
Help maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information.
Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and client interactions to gain exposure to the sales process.

Marketing Campaigns:
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
Assist in creating and curating content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, and the company website.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, suggesting improvements and optimizations.

Event Coordination:
Support the planning and execution of industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Assist in preparing marketing materials, booth setup, and engaging with event attendees.
Follow up with leads and contacts made during events to nurture relationships and drive sales opportunities.

Administrative Tasks:
Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and managing correspondence.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other sales and marketing materials.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong interest in the biotechnology industry and its applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
