Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0-1 year of experience in software testing who are looking to enhance their skills and grow in a dynamic work environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on project requirements.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand product specifications and requirements.
  • Participate in product design and requirement review meetings to provide insights on testability and potential issues.
  • Verify bug fixes and ensure the successful resolution of reported issues.
  • Report test results, including defect reports and test coverage reports, to the project stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update test documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 01 year of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with test case creation, test execution, and defect tracking.
  • Knowledge of testing techniques and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies and processes.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Basic programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Familiarity with SQL and databases.
