Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0-1 year of experience in software testing who are looking to enhance their skills and grow in a dynamic work environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand product specifications and requirements.
- Participate in product design and requirement review meetings to provide insights on testability and potential issues.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure the successful resolution of reported issues.
- Report test results, including defect reports and test coverage reports, to the project stakeholders.
- Maintain and update test documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with test case creation, test execution, and defect tracking.
- Knowledge of testing techniques and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies and processes.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Basic programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Familiarity with SQL and databases.
