Position Summary:

The Office of the Dean at the Desautels Faculty of Management seeks a Management Education Student Research Assistant. The role involves supporting the development of a new research Master's degree. The Research Assistant will analyze educational, social, and economic trends, collaborate with Desautels personnel, and assist in creating an innovative program.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing management education at various levels to position McGill's new offering
  • Analyzing enrollments, admission criteria, revenue, and program impact
  • Compiling resources for a proposal dossier
  • Contributing to the creation of documents, presentations, and summaries

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Desautels and McGill communities
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Effective time management and meeting deadlines
  • Interest in education, marketing, and research
  • Independence, proactivity, and discretion

Hourly Salary:

$20.00
