Job Overview

To lead SAP Implementation Setup for EESL. This role involves handling Technicalities & Coordinating with Process, Sales, Equipment & internal production team to meet the business requirements & Manage change management while considering risks & impact analysis.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work on roll-out and implementation of new business applications and functionality within the SAP MM, PP, WM, SD, FICO, and QM space
  • Responsible for successful SAP implementation, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products
  • Knowledge and experience of intercompany processes in SAP
  • Work closely with the SAP Run Team in prioritizing, testing, and deploying system change requests and providing support
  • Design and implement core functionalities of SAP MM including screen controls
  • Expertise in SAP MM or related functional areas
  • Assist clients in SAP modules implementation and support
  • Participate in SAP technical & Functional rollouts at group level
  • Facilitate gathering of requirements, designing, implementing and supporting SAP Materials Management to enhance clients' business functionality and performance
  • Configure SAP system in the areas of MM to meet the requirements collected during blueprinting work sessions

DESIRED PROFILE

Education & Experience

  • BE IT/CS, MCA, MSc Comp Sci, IT & equivalent degree
  • Minimum 8-9 years experience in managing internal & external team members

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Design, configure and test SD, MM, processes in Semiconductor, Manufacturing and shared services industry
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, logical analysis, negotiation, and decision-making
  • Strong ability to listen and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Strong planning and organizing skills, problem-solving skills, stress management and time management
