Objective:

The primary goal for this role is to act as a visionary leader focused on enhancing business growth and efficiency through digital transformation. This includes leading efforts in process re-engineering, development, and implementation of automation strategies that improve operational efficiencies, reduce external dependencies, reduce operational costs, and enhance the overall automation environment.

Role Overview:

In this role, the successful candidate will manage and optimize the complete suite of Zoho One applications used by Zyeta. This involves identifying potential areas for automation, designing improved processes, and overseeing the deployment of these solutions to ensure enhanced efficiency and accuracy across various organizational functions.

Key Quests:

Zoho Suite Mastery:

  • Administration and Optimization: You will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Zoho One suite, including applications like Zoho Creator, Projects, CRM, People, Books, Recruit, and more.
  • Custom Development: Writing custom functions in Deluge (Zoho's scripting language) to tailor Zoho applications to the specific needs of the business.
  • Project Oversight and Team Leadership: Lead projects efficiently, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, while also mentoring a team of developers focused on customizing and optimizing the Zoho suite.

Workflow Creation and Management:

  • Lifecycle Management: Own the entire process from design and development to testing and deployment of Zoho implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and successful integrations.
  • Workflow Design: Utilize tools like Miro or LucidChart to create effective workflows and identify any limitations or constraints within existing workflows, suggesting improvements as needed.

Custom Reports and Dashboards:

  • Data Insights: Develop customized reports and dashboards within ZOHO Analytics to monitor and analyze company process performances in real time.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver insightful, actionable analytics.

Enhance User Experience:

  • User Management: Create and manage user roles, profiles, and permissions across Zoho applications, ensuring appropriate access controls are in place.
  • Training and Support: Act as the primary point of contact for all Zoho-related queries, providing expert training and ongoing support to maximize user engagement with the Zoho suite.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of all updates and new features within the Zoho suite, continuously seeking opportunities to implement these to enhance functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Educational Initiatives: Conduct regular training sessions and create comprehensive user documentation to ensure all employees are well-versed in effective Zoho usage.

Our Dream Team Member Possesses:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in process automation and familiarity with Zoho administration. Advanced proficiency in Deluge scripting is essential.
  • Candidates with additional certifications in Zoho applications, superior communication skills, and strong project management capabilities, potentially verified through PMP certification, will be highly valued.
