Specifically, the Process Analyst will:

  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have worked on ITSM Ticketing Tool (Service Now/Jira/BMC/Autotask)
  • Have 2- 4 years of working experience.
  • Be flexible to work in a 24x7 work environment.
  • Have good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point
  • Have Knowledge of the ITIL Framework
  • Have Knowledge of Cloud Computing (Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 Certification shall be an add-on)
  • Have ITSM Process Knowledge of Handling Incidents, Problem Tickets, & Change Requests.
  • Work on timely follow-ups, co-ordination, and MIS/Reporting
  • Have high-level problem-solving skills.
  • Have strong customer focus & multi-tasking skills.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • BSc IT/BTech/MCA/MSc IT
  • MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
  • MIS Reporting,
  • ITIL Foundation Certified
  • AZ 900 Certified is preferred.
  • Incident/Problem/Change Management/Service Assets & Configuration Management
