Key Responsibilities:• Gather and analyze client requirements to develop detailed project plans.• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and allocate resources for projects.• Understand Data Analytics, AI processes, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.• Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum) and manage project teams effectively.• Utilize JIRA for project tracking and management.• Lead and mentor a team of Engineers and Analysts.• Prepare and present project plans and progress reports to clients.• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.• Document project requirements, processes, and outcomes meticulously.• Oversee project delivery, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the IT or Data Analytics industry.• Proven experience in a hybrid Business Analyst and Project Manager role.• Strong understanding of Data Analytics, AI processes, and BI tools.• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and experience with JIRA.• Strong leadership and team management abilities.• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear project plans.

Preferred Skills:• Proficiency in business process modeling and requirements analysis.• Strong experience with data visualization and reporting tools.• Excellent project scheduling and resource management skills.• Proven ability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
